We also did a A0 Size sign for their meeting room.

My Drift Spec S15 build - Engine

Good Friday folks! Today i will be sharing about the engine/powerplant we have for the S15 chasis. Previously on the S13 chasis , i was running a 2.3 stroker SR20det and it was pretty good i feel, but after driving my ER34, i love the feeling of drifting a 6 cyclinder.

Currently we have a 1jz vvti engine for the S15 chasis, plans are being made for future developments for the engine but i decided to keep the base build simple first and to focus more on the setup of the car instead as the weight distribution will be different running this engine on the s15 chasis.

The entire engine has been overhauled and rebuild by Garage R. They are one of my sponsors for my car and have put in great efforts to build the car to where it is today. I must say their workmanship is second to none, and i am sure you would agree looking at the state of the engine bay! :)

Cooling will be one of the main issues running the jz engine. We have installed a koyo radiator and custom billion racing pull and push fans to help with the cooling. Fingers-crossed that the car will be running at a good temperature when we do the shake down.

For our turbine, we are going with the HKS 3037 pro s turbo. This is a awesome turbo that has minimal turbo lag and with a good mid to top end punch. Matching this with the 1jz is a match made in heaven!

Other components of the car like the intercooler and oil cooler have also been fitted on nicely. Stay tuned as i will be showing new pics of the interior that Garage R has customized for the car. Till then, Keep Drifting Fun!

Window graphics for apartment

We did up these graphics for a 4 storey terrace house in Camdridge Rd.

There were a total of 19 graphics to be installed on the walls of the house.

Besides that, we also did a total of 6 canvas painting banners framed with wooden boards and mounted on the walls around the house.

My Drift Spec S15 Build - Bodykit and Paint

Morning guys! Today, we are looking at the new bodykit and paintwork that has been done to our S15 chasis. The entire car is running a wide-body GP sports replica bodykit.

The kit includes, the front and rear bumper, side skirts as well as a 60mm front wide fender and a 50mm wide rear render to complete the entire set for the car. I also replaced the original bonnet with a fibre one that has vents which should allow better cooling for the car,

Paintwork wise, we are running the signature Falken colors. Paintwork is sponsored by Stamford Tyres. They are also our sponsors in tyres, rims and apparels as well our brakes which i will go into another time. I hope u enjoy the pictures and i will be going more into the engine and other stuff soon. We recently did up the graphics for my team mates S15.

We wanted something striking but not too loud as its not so much Jansen's style.

Sometimes, the simple graphics are the most outstanding :)

My Drift Spec S15 Build - Angle Knuckle Kit

Hi Everyone! Today, we will be looking at the wide angle knuckle kit i have installed for our S15 chasis. This kit is called WiseFab and is from Europe. A lot of the drifters in the All Stars Eastern Europe drift series are using this. Even Fredric Aasbo has tested it on his speedhunters supra and had some very good feedback with regards to its handling and speed.

With the WiseFab kit, we are able to obtain one of the biggest lock angles in the world at the moment with 65 degrees of lock! I think that would be quite insane to test out once the car is up and running. This kit comes fully engineered with knuckle, tie-rod, lower arms and ackermann adjustment kit. It also has a relocation kit for the suspension mountings which will need to achieve the high degree of lock without hitting the chasis.

There's been some issues with the regulations for Formula Drift Asia series due to their technical rulings. To cut a long story short, we have discussed with them and can use the kit for 2012 season but for 2013, it is still uncertain what is to happen. After giving it much consideration, i decided that we will still go with the kit as i believe it will be insanely fun to drift with. Afterall, we ain't drifting just for a single drift competition, its more for the passion of the sport itself :) There are also numerous other events across our borders which we can participate running this setup so why not right? Stay tuned as i will be updating more on the new bodykit and spray work thats already been done to the car and the progress from there. Till then, keep drifting fun!

My Drift Spec S15 Build

Good Day Folks! This is Adam here and i am starting a day to day progress on the build of my drift spec S15 slivia.The chasis has been around for quite sometime but i had not had the opportunity or time to get to work on it , but that time has finally come!

We are transitioning from our previous platform of the Nissan S13 180sx to this. S15 has always been my favourite. Even while studying in Melbourne, i drove one and used it for track days and drag races and i felt it was the most awesome car to drive. Fingers-crossed that we will do well in the drift scene as well :)

This chasis has been spot welded and a custom roll cage has also been welded to the chasis in accordance with the Formula Drift Asia regulations. I will update more as we go along with new pictures of the car in its latest form and the work that has been done. Till then, keep drifting fun!
